Customer Artwork and Content
Customers are solely responsible for all artwork, logos, text, images, and other materials submitted for production. By submitting content to Creative Exposure, you confirm that you own the rights to the material or have obtained all necessary permissions.
Creative Exposure assumes no responsibility for verifying ownership or licensing rights of submitted content. Customers agree to indemnify and hold Creative Exposure harmless against any claims relating to copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or unauthorised use of content.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are provided based on information available at the time of quoting. Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days, pricing may change due to supplier costs or project scope changes, and quotes do not guarantee production scheduling until payment and approval requirements have been satisfied.
Proofs and Approvals
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approving production including spelling, grammar, contact information, dimensions, quantities, colors, layouts, and design elements. Approval indicates acceptance of all content and specifications. Creative Exposure is not responsible for errors present in approved artwork or proofs.
Production and Turnaround Times
Production times are estimates only. While every effort is made to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to material shortages, supplier delays, equipment maintenance, shipping interruptions, weather events, customer approval delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Creative Exposure shall not be liable for losses resulting from production or delivery delays.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, materials have been ordered, or work has commenced, changes may not be possible. If cancellation is approved after work has begun, charges may apply for design time, materials purchased, and production costs incurred. Custom products and website projects are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Print Shop Orders
Due to the custom nature of printed products, all sales are considered final once production begins. Customers are responsible for ensuring all artwork, specifications, and product selections are accurate before placing an order. Creative Exposure is not responsible for customer-submitted errors including incorrect sizes, spelling mistakes, low resolution files, incorrect colors, missing content, or improper artwork setup.
Returns and Reprints
If there is a problem with your order, you must notify Creative Exposure within five business days of receiving the product. If a manufacturing defect or production error is confirmed, Creative Exposure may choose to reprint, replace, repair, or refund the product. The remedy offered will be determined at Creative Exposure's sole discretion.
Color Matching Disclaimer
Color variations are normal within the printing industry. Colors displayed on monitors, mobile devices, tablets, or printed proofs may differ from the final printed product. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Minor color variations do not constitute a production defect.
Shipping and Delivery
Creative Exposure is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Any shipping-related damage should be reported promptly.
Website Design Services
For website design and development projects, timelines are estimates only, delays in content delivery may impact project completion dates, and additional revisions beyond agreed scope may incur additional fees. Hosting, domains, and third-party software may require separate fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Exposure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services. Creative Exposure's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Right to Refuse Service
Creative Exposure reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline projects at its sole discretion, including content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, fraudulent, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful or objectionable.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Creative Exposure services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Cayman Islands.
