Upload print-ready artwork with your order, or send it afterwards. If you are not sure the file will work, ask us to check it first.
Create an account and place the order
An account is required to complete a purchase, so your order and delivery details stay with you for reordering. Requesting a quote does not require an account.
Approve and pay
Orders up to CI$500 are paid in full before production. Above CI$500 a 50% deposit is required before production, with the balance due before delivery. We accept bank transfer, cash, cheque, approved corporate credit and verified government purchase orders. We do not take card payments.
Delivery
Turnaround is 6 to 10 business days. Delivery is free across Grand Cayman, and we deliver rather than offer collection.

Send what you have before you order. We will look at the file at the size you need it, tell you plainly whether it will hold up, and say what would need to change. If you do not have artwork yet, tell us what the piece has to do and we will scope the design with the quote.
Frequently asked questions
Which flag shape handles wind best?
Teardrop flags hold their shape well because the fabric is supported along the full curve of the pole. Feather flags are taller and more visible from a distance but move more. If a location is consistently exposed, tell us and we will point you to the shape that behaves best there.
Can I print a different design on each side?
Tell us what you need when you order. Double-sided and single-sided options differ in how the artwork is prepared, so we will confirm the arrangement before the project goes ahead.
Do flags come with a base or stand?
Flag hardware is configured with the flag when you order. If you already own poles and only need new printed flags, say so in your order notes or request a quote and we will price the printed element alone.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround is 6 to 10 business days from artwork approval. Rush work may be available depending on the item and the schedule. WhatsApp or email us to confirm availability before you order if your date is tight.
How do I pay, and do you deliver?
Payment is by bank transfer, cash, cheque, approved corporate credit or a verified government purchase order. We do not accept card payments. Orders up to CI$500 are paid in full before production; above CI$500 a 50% deposit is required before production with the balance due before delivery. Delivery is free across Grand Cayman. There is a CI$60 minimum for online orders.
