Create an account and place the order
An account is required to complete a purchase, so your order and delivery details stay with you for reordering. Requesting a quote does not require an account.
Approve and pay
Orders up to CI$500 are paid in full before production. Above CI$500 a 50% deposit is required before production, with the balance due before delivery. We accept bank transfer, cash, cheque, approved corporate credit and verified government purchase orders. We do not take card payments.
Delivery
Turnaround is 6 to 10 business days. Delivery is free across Grand Cayman, and we deliver rather than offer collection.
Not sure the artwork is right?
Send what you have before you order. We will look at the file at the size you need it, tell you plainly whether it will hold up, and say what would need to change. If you do not have artwork yet, tell us what the piece has to do and we will scope the design with the quote.
Frequently asked questions
What do you need from me to quote a wall mural?
Wall height and width, a photo of the wall, and a note about anything that interrupts the surface such as sockets, switches, doors or air vents. Those details change how the artwork is laid out far more than most people expect.
Will a mural damage the wall when it is removed?
It depends on the surface and the material used. Tell us whether the space is rented and how long you expect the mural to stay up, and we will talk you through the options before you order.
Can you print artwork supplied by our designer?
Yes. Send the file with the finished dimensions and we will check whether the resolution holds at the size you need. If it will not, we will tell you plainly rather than printing something soft.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround is 6 to 10 business days from artwork approval. Rush work may be available depending on the item and the schedule. WhatsApp or email us to confirm availability before you order if your date is tight.
How do I pay, and do you deliver?
Payment is by bank transfer, cash, cheque, approved corporate credit or a verified government purchase order. We do not accept card payments. Orders up to CI$500 are paid in full before production; above CI$500 a 50% deposit is required before production with the balance due before delivery. Delivery is free across Grand Cayman. There is a CI$60 minimum for online orders.
